Each year, Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s Prefects invent a motto to create a sense of community and give their peers words to live by for the duration of the school year. This year, Branksome’s student leaders took their task a step further when they hung a giant, 18-foot tie with their motto, “Unique and United,” from the top of 10 Elm Avenue!
This summer was an eventful one for Â鶹ÊÓƵ Senior & Middle School teacher Heather McCann. In addition to leading a virtual IB Workshop in her speciality area of Individuals and Societies, Heather was invited to represent Canada in the U.S. J105 Women's Sailing Championships in Annapolis, Maryland on September 1, 2024.

Each day, more than 900 students benefit from your generosity. Quite simply, you touch the life of every student, providing endless possibilities to explore, take risks and feel valued for their unique talents, igniting a lifelong love of learning.
At Â鶹ÊÓƵ, we’re not just enriching students’ minds – we’re giving them minds of their own. So they can challenge the status quo, set new standards, and carve their own path to success.
We wish to acknowledge this land on which Branksome operates. For thousands of years, it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca, and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work and go to school on this land.
